C25K Training Program

Couch to 5K will help prepare non-runners
to actually run the Spring Fever 5K this year.

We will begin Sat. March 12 -

hopefully at the Fuller Field Track - near the Nock School at 10 a.m.
and will continue to progressively bring intervals of walking and jogging all the way up to race day.

The program is designed for First time runners or for those looking to get back into running after a Hiatus.

It would be great to have a whole new bunch of new runners premiere at the race.
