PERSONAL TRAINING
A one-on-one workout with a certified trainer. A program custom designed for your goals, needs and limitations. Sessions run 50-60 minutes, unless otherwise requested. Two sessions per week are recommended for most training programs.
Your trainer will select exercises based on your progress, which will vary each session. The routine may include Corrective exercises, CORE Conditioning, Traditional Weight Training, Assisted (PNF) Stretching, Pilates, Cardiovascular Work, and Sport - Specific movements and patterns - Orchestrated to keep you focused and challenged. You will re-program the central nervous system to produce movement more efficiently, as well as experience the "natural high" felt by conditioned athletes.
DUET TRAINING:
Train with a friend for an additonal $10 per session!!
FITNESS CONSULTATION
One session, including Body Composition, Measurements, and Posture Analysis, with a discussion of goals and a fitness plan to help reach those goals. (This is included with personall training sessions or package)
Rate: $85.00
Personal Training Cancelation Policy: 24 Hours notice are required. Cancelations with less than 24 hours notice and "no shows", will be charged 1/2 of the full amount.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Groups include 3-6 participants. You will be supervised by a trainer, incorporating cardio and strength training circuits into a heart-pumping workout. An economical way to have your own personal trainer!!
