MARATHON/5K/10K Yankee Training
C25K Begins in April 22nd, 2010 - "Couch to 5K" for a 9 Week Program. Marathon Runners, Meet with our NHFC Running Club on Saturday Mornings throughout the Year. Please call or more Details! In May 2010 - Yankee 5K/10 miler. We will meet Wednesdays at Governor's Academy, and Sat. mornings at 7 a.m. for four months. The ability to run at least 7 to 10 miles is required. TRIATHLON and DUATHLON Training
Designed to coordinate with local races, including the Rye Duathlon and Pow-Wow Triathlon in throughout the Season. BRICK Train on Tuesdays at 6:00p, starting May 2010! Sign-up Today! Brick Training consitis of training to two events in succession. We may Run then Bike, Bike then Run, or Swim and Bike! Every week will progress your cardiovascular stamina for upcoming events.
