SPINNING
Created by Olympic champion Johnny G., this energizing group cycling experience, can burn up to 750 calories in just 45 minutes! Certified Instructors offer many classes see our class schedule for times. Set to motivating music, SPIN offers a complete cardiovascular training program, as well as a great mind-body connection. All levels are welcome, where a variety of programs are offered to meet the needs of every fitness level.
SPIN
A 45 - minute endurance, interval and/or strength training class, training specific heart rate zones.
ENDURANCE SPIN
A 60 - minute class to improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, going twice the distance as a regular spin class. Great for Cyclists.
SPIN and Pump
A 45 - minute interval class, cross training with light weights.
RECOVERY SPIN
A relaxing 45 - minute ride, to rejuvenate tired muscles.
Beginning to SPIN?
Always been interested in learning but been afraid to try? Bring your friends and get your heart pumping with an invigorating ride to fun music. We recommend taking a private session, or join a half hour SPIN, or Recovery SPIN class.

SPIN/WALK/CORE
4 Week Weight Loss Program
Experience a new approach to getting fit and losing weight! With coaching from an Instructor, you will learn to make healthier food and exercise choices. In this course, you will Spin or Walk 2 days, and CORE TRAIN 1 day per week. The Course includes measurements, and group nutritional support.
8 Week Group Training Camp
3 days/wk M-W-F at 8am
