Kim Zanat Marttila

Owner of Natural High Fitness Club/Personal Trainer

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from UNH, and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Early in her fitness career, Kim was a competitive gymnast, as well as a sprinter in track. She was able to overcome a serious sports-related back injury, and later became a springboard diver. Kim was a lifeguard for eight years, and has worked in dozens of fitness facilities along the east coast. She has participated in 5k, 10k, 12mile road races, duathlons, and has entered a fitness and body building competitions. On the weekends, you can find Kim downhill skiing, hiking, or training for upcoming events or training clients at Natural High! Kim enjoys working to rehabilitate clients with fitness-related injury, using strength training techniques, along with agility and balance to inspire new levels of fitness, and return them to their favorite activities! Kim has worked in the fitness arena for 20 years. She teaches Strength Training, Spinning, TRX, CORE, Kettlebells, Stott Pilates, and other Specialized Programs. Kim has two children, Robert (9) and Jackson (4), and lives in Rye, NH with her husband, Joe!


Nancy McCarthy

Nancy is an ACE certified Health Coach, a Gold ACE certified Group Fitness and Personal Trainer, and an RRCA Certified Running Coach. With over 35 years experience in the fitness industry, Nancy inspires clients to celebrate their gift of life with lifestyle habits that contribute to good health. The founder of Get Real Fitness, Nancy has personally trained hundreds of clients of all ages and fitness levels. She also conducts group Boot Camps, Running Camps, Stretching Classes, Classes for Seniors, Spinning Classes and Fitness Vacations. Nancy has competed in 28 marathons and held the New England 30K title for Masters Women for nearly 10 years.


Lynn Beaulieu

owner of VENTURE OUT, Personal Trainer/SPIN/CORE

Lynn is an AAAI Certified Personal Trainer. Lynn believes clients benefit most from a fitness programs that allows for cross training and exploring different realms of exercise. To create your ultimate fitness program, Lynn will emphases on creating a program based on their interests and idea of fun, in order to find to a life long venture into health and fitness. She applies her enthusiasm for outdoor sports in all seasons, while encouraging clients to “think out of the box” to venture outdoors and beyond. Some of her passions include downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and trail running.
